My story

Thirty years, one thread.

I work at the meeting point of clinical care and inner wisdom. This is how the two grew together.

  1. 01 The beginning

    Meditation and philosophy, before anything else

    My path began long before I became a midwife. I started studying meditation and philosophy thirty years ago, and I have never stopped.

  2. 02 Decades of study

    Learning directly from great masters

    I studied for decades with great spiritual masters, including lamas within the lineage I now teach. Not reading about a tradition: receiving it, directly, over years.

  3. 03 Birth work

    Midwifery, alongside the same study

    In birth I found the same truth meditation had already shown me: transformation is never only physical. It happens at every level of a person, at once.

  4. 04 Bringing it together

    Writing, teaching, leading

    Two books on maternity, the first online platform for maternity courses, a podcast on maternity. Teaching at the meeting point of both worlds.

  5. 05 Today

    Most Senior Instructor, TIIS

    I teach at The Institute for Inner Sciences and edit its magazine, The Joyful Soul. Science and spirit, held together in one practice.
